Thank you for visiting KLICL page and purchasing our products. We hope you are happy with our service and product(s). However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the purchased product to us for exchange with another product. Please see below detailed information on our product return policy.

RETURNS

All returns shall be accepted within a maximum of 24hrs from the day a customer receives the products and replacement be done within 14 days.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please follow the following steps.

• Login to your Account
• Go to Dashboard
• Click the ‘RMA’ tab on your left.
• Click on ‘Request New RMA’
• You will see all products that are eligible for returns.
• Fill in the required fields and submit your application.

Failure to follow the above steps you can email our customer service team at sales@klicl.co.tz to help with the return process.

After processing the RMA, place the item securely in its original package including your proof of purchase, and send the product to the following address:

EXCHANGE

After receiving the returned products and inspecting the condition of returned items, we will process your return or exchange. KLICL will take a maximum of seven (7) working days from the receipt of returned item(s) to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
